Manage members and content
Create accounts, maintain member-facing content, and review operational records.
- Create member Create one member with a temporary password that must be changed before regular use.
- Manage users Review users and promote an active member to co-admin when needed.
- Reset member password Issue a temporary password to an existing active member.
- Manage files Upload files and edit member-facing names, categories, visibility, and hierarchy metadata.
- Manage information Create and edit member home announcements and information posts.
- Manage schedule Create and edit rehearsals, live dates, meetings, recordings, and other schedule records.
- Manage member notes Review, edit, or withdraw posts created by members.
- Access logs Review recent member file preview, playback, and download activity.
